We wish we had of known about the Good Knights when we bought our first motel. The previous owners threw us the keys and said “good luck” as they drove out. OMG what do we do now! We contacted The Good Knights, they were superb they came in and recommended an updated front office system which is easy to use, then trained us and a few key staff, upskilled our housekeepers and sorted the linen and the orders, showed us invaluable shortcuts in all aspects of motel management to save money, really they help set up the entire business.
